TECHNIQUE & FINDINGS
To create this unique necklace made of ultra-soft hand-dyed baby alpaca yarn I used a technique known as thread wrapping. This technique consists of artfully wrapping alpaca yarn around a cotton core by hand. Thanks to this, the beauty and extraordinary softness of alpaca fleece are presented in a unique way.
Each piece is finished with a lobster clasp and has an extension chain (4 cm). All findings are silver-plated and hypoallergenic.
MATERIALS
– ETHICAL BABY ALPACA yarn (100%)
– cotton cord
– silver-plated findings + pendant
PACKAGING
The pieces will arrive in one of my pouches. All the materials I use for packaging are environmentally friendly and recycled, from the acid-free tissue paper to the unbleached postal box it arrives in. Ideal as a gift for your mother, sister, partner.
