I send items within 4 working days. If your item is made to order, please allow at least 7 working days from order to despatch.
I ship to the address that you have provided. Please make sure this address is correct, especially if you are paying by Paypal. AJ is not responsible if you have not given me the full or correct address.
FREE – send by Royal Mail 1st Class or Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked & Signed (all orders over £50).
– £2 – send by Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked & Signed (all orders under £50).
All customs fees, tariffs, duties, taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

If your package does not turn up within the expected timeframe, please contact me and I will do my best to rectify the situation.
**However, please be aware that I don’t consider a parcel ‘lost’ in the post until it has been a full 20 days (UK)/60 days from the date of shipping (International), and I will not replace an item sooner than this.**

Unfortunately, because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, AJ can’t accept returns for custom or personalised orders.
** PLEASE ENSURE YOU GET YOUR WRIST SIZE CORRECT. I charge £5 for resizing if the original wrist size you gave me was incorrect. ⚠️ I craft my bracelets starting from the EXACT measurement of your wrist to which I add a space of 1 cm for an optimal fit. This is why the LENGTH of your BRACELET is ALWAYS LONGER than the SIZE of your WRIST. ⚠️
Conditions of return
Please note, that you will be responsible for the delivery charges and costs of returning the items to me unless I delivered the item to you in error, or if the item in question is damaged or defective. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
A refund will be made to the card used when placing your original order and will be for the full amount of the product purchased.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. AJ is not responsible for delays due to customs.
