MISSING ITEMS
If your package does not turn up within the expected timeframe, please contact me and I will do my best to rectify the situation.
**However, please be aware that I don’t consider a parcel ‘lost’ in the post until it has been a full 20 days (UK)/60 days from the date of shipping (International), and I will not replace an item sooner than this.**

Alpacappella Jewellery is happy to accept returns of unwanted items. All items must be returned unworn in their original packaging.

Unfortunately, because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, AJ can’t accept returns for custom or personalised orders.
RESIZING
** PLEASE ENSURE YOU GET YOUR WRIST SIZE CORRECT. I charge £5 for resizing if the original wrist size you gave me was incorrect. ⚠️ I craft my bracelets starting from the EXACT measurement of your wrist to which I add a space of 1 cm for an optimal fit. This is why the LENGTH of your BRACELET is ALWAYS LONGER than the SIZE of your WRIST. ⚠️

Conditions of return
Please note, that you will be responsible for the delivery charges and costs of returning the items to me unless I delivered the item to you in error, or if the item in question is damaged or defective. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
A refund will be made to the card used when placing your original order and will be for the full amount of the product purchased.
Customs and import taxes
Our website calculates a 20% VAT discount (shown as ‘order discount’ at checkout) on any vat-able items in your basket (this excludes books and printed materials). Upon arrival in your country, you may be asked to pay tax, customs duties and/or an admin or clearance fee. The specific rates will be set by your country and vary subject to location. For Australia, fees are likely to apply on orders over £400 and for the USA over £500. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by AJ.
