+ an adjustment chain: 4.5 cm /
TECHNIQUE & FINDINGS
To make the necklace with Ishibumi pattern I used a Japanese braiding technique called kumihimo (“gathered threads”). It’s the time-consuming technique but results that can be achieved through it are stunning. A piece of wire inside a braid makes the necklace flexible but keeps the shape.
The necklace is finished with a lobster and has an extension chain.
Surgical stainless steel has a hypoallergic formula and it’s not the same as alpaca or cheap metal!
The necklace is packed in an eco-friendly craft box with jute inside. Perfect for a gift for the loved one.
Hope you’ll love pure alpaca fibre handmade jewellery!
